Ingredients

  • 2 glasses ajvar, hot, 330 ml
  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 medium bell pepper (s), chopped into small pieces
  • 300 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • cumin
  • Worcester sauce
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat together with the diced onion. Then deglaze with half of the meat stock. Add the ajvar, the cream cheese, the chopped peppers and the corn.
  2. Use the second half of the meat broth to bring the soup to the desired consistency, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper, chilli, oregano, cumin and Worcester sauce.
  3. Serve with a baguette.
  4. Also tastes great on the second and third day.
