  • 1 bunch parsley, plain (or other leaf herbs)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Briefly whisk the eggs with a whisk, season with salt and pepper and mix in the finely chopped parsley.
  2. Then pour the mixture into a plastic bag (also suitable for heat) and let it set in boiling water for 20 minutes. Be careful not to let water get into the bag.
  3. Cut into slices, serve lukewarm or cold on lettuce, vegetables or even pure with dressing.
