Instructions

  1. Fill a large glass with ice cubes or soda
  2. Pour 225 ml ginger ale into the glass
  3. Add 1 dash of elderflower syrup
  4. Cut the lime into 8 wedges and add them to the glass
  5. Add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and stir for about 30 seconds until combined
  6. Insert a straw and serve
