Alex`s Organic Tartar Sauce

Summary

Ingredients

• 1 port. Sour Cream (Alex`s organic sour cream, see my recipe in my profile)
• 20 gherkins, e.g., Honey gherkins, quartered lengthways, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon, heaped crème fraîche with herbs
• 1 teaspoon, leveled fleur de sel or other salt, be careful with the amount
• 1 tablespoon, heaped chives, fresh or frozen
• 1 teaspoon tarragon mustard, optional
• some chilli, optional

Instructions

1. Prepare Alex`s organic sour cream according to the recipe in my profile. Add the specified ingredients and stir well. Optionally add some tarragon mustard and some chili.
2. The tartar sauce goes well with oven prawns, baked potatoes, fried fish etc.
