Ingredients
- 1 port. Sour Cream (Alex`s organic sour cream, see my recipe in my profile)
- 20 gherkins, e.g., Honey gherkins, quartered lengthways, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon, heaped crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 teaspoon, leveled fleur de sel or other salt, be careful with the amount
- 1 tablespoon, heaped chives, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon tarragon mustard, optional
- some chilli, optional

- Prepare Alex`s organic sour cream according to the recipe in my profile. Add the specified ingredients and stir well. Optionally add some tarragon mustard and some chili.
- The tartar sauce goes well with oven prawns, baked potatoes, fried fish etc.
