Ingredients

  • 1 small celeriac
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 apples, (e.g. gold parmane
  • 100 g cheese (Alläu Emmentaler)
  • 2 pear (s)
  • 1 slice (s) toast bread (wholemeal toast)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 10 walnuts, halved
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the celery, cut into strips, drizzle with lemon juice and let stand for about 30 minutes. Grate 1/4 of the apples very finely, cut the rest into slices. Dice cheese and pears. Dice the toast and fry it in the hot butter until crispy brown. Chop half of the walnuts.
  2. Mix red wine vinegar, walnut oil, salt, pepper, sugar and grated apple into a marinade. Mix the salad ingredients, pour the marinade over them and decorate with the nut halves.
