Allgäu-style Barbecue Marinade

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon tarragon mustard
• 2 tablespoon ajvar
• some salt and pepper
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
• 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

1. Whisk all ingredients well in a bowl. Apply the marinade to the grilled food with a pastry brush.
2. The marinade also works in the oven or pan. I recently started making my ribs with it, really delicious.
