Almond and Curd Cookies

- Add wheat and rice flour to a bowl, add baking soda and salt.
- Melt the butter. Add sugar to the butter. Stir the mixture.
- Add egg yolk to the mixture.
- Pour the egg-oil mixture into the flour.
- Rub the curd through a metal sieve. Add cottage cheese to the mixture. Knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough into a layer. The thickness of the layer is 0.7-1 cm. Cut cookies of any shape.
- Grease the cookies with a beaten egg, sprinkle with almond petals, send to the oven for baking. Bake until tender.
- The cookie is ready. Cool the finished cookies, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
