Ingredients

  • 500 ml cream
  • 350 ml amaretto
  • 150 g chocolate, white
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Grate the chocolate finely. Add sugar, egg and 250 ml cream and slowly bring to a simmer. Add the amaretto and heat for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Take the pan off the stove and stir in the rest of the cream. Then bottle the liqueur, close it immediately and store it in the refrigerator. Makes about 1 liter of liqueur.
  3. Shake the bottle vigorously before serving as the chocolate will stick to the top. Tastes very good with ice cream or apple strudel.
