Ingredients

  • 140 g blueberries, frozen
  • 1 large banana (s), ripe
  • 1 pinch vanilla pulp
  • 360 ml milk (almond), or other vegetable milk
  • 17 g oat flakes, tender
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. If the shake is not cold enough, simply mix in two or three more ice cubes.
  2. Very filling due to the oat flakes, but these can also be left out if you like.
