Ingredients

  • 125 g mararine
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 g almond (s) (flakes)
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 1 lemon (s), squeezed

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Melt the margarine, pour in the milk, bring to the boil once, then pour in the flour all at once. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the batter comes off the bottom. Mix in the eggs one after the other with the mixer. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread 4 sausages on it and sprinkle with the almond flakes. Bake for about 30 minutes. Mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice until smooth and brush the strips with the icing while they are still hot. Tastes great, super juicy.
