Ingredients

  • 8 biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 4 tablespoon brandy or amaretto
  • 225 g raspberries
  • 300 ml sauce (vanilla sauce), low-fat
  • 300 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 teaspoon flavor (almond flavor)
  • 15 g almond (s) (almond slivers), toasted
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Lightly crush the amarettini (not too crumbly) and distribute the biscuit crumbs between 4 dessert glasses. Sprinkle with brandy or amaretto and let steep for about 30 minutes.
  2. Layer 1 layer of raspberries on each of the crumbs. Cover with vanilla sauce. Mix the low-fat quark with the almond flavor and pour over the vanilla sauce. Put the glasses in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle the toasted almond slivers over the almond trifle and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
