Ingredients

  • 400 g sausae, Lyoner or similar
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ large onion (s)
  • 4 small cucumber (s), sour
  • 200 g cheese, Emmentaler
  • 3 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • Maggi
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Make a vinaigrette from oil, vinegar, Maggi, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the Lyoner and Emmentaler into fine strips. Chop the onion into small cubes. Cut the pickles and peppers into strips. Mix the ingredients, pour the vinaigrette over it and finally pour 7-8 tablespoons of boiling water over the salad. Mix again.
