Ingredients
- 250 g yourt
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g cream
- 70 grams sugar
- 20 ml rum or amaretto
- 25 ml syrup from the Amarena cherries
- 100 g Amarena cherry (s), chopped

- Mix all ingredients together and let cool in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
- Now put in the ice cream maker. After about 40 minutes you get a creamy ice cream, which can be served garnished with amarena cherries, syrup and whipped cream.
