Ingredients
- 250 g mararine
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 5 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 2 tablespoon baking powder
- 200 g almond (s), round
- 20 ml amaretto
For decoration:
- 150 g whole milk couverture
- 50 g brittle, optional

- Mix the margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add the eggs one by one and stir in. Mix flour with baking powder, add and stir everything. Then add the almonds and amaretto.
