Ingredients

  • 250 g mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 20 ml amaretto

For decoration:

  • 150 g whole milk couverture
  • 50 g brittle, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add the eggs one by one and stir in. Mix flour with baking powder, add and stir everything. Then add the almonds and amaretto.
  2. Put the dough in a greased cup cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (fan oven 150 ° C) for about 60 minutes.
  3. Let the cake cool, cover with melted couverture if you like and sprinkle with brittle.
