Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g butter, semi-fat
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 50 ml amaretto
  • 75 ml milk
  • bitter almond aroma

For covering:

  • 10 biscuit (s) (Amerettini), crumbled
  • 750 g plums (plums)
  • 25 g almond (s) (flakes)
  • Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Score the plums crosswise at the top and bottom, make a cut from top to bottom and unfold the plums. Remove the stone.
