Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ sour cream
  • 200 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 60 ml brandy
  • 4 sheets gelatine, red

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff, add sugar, vanilla sugar and brandy. Soak and dissolve the gelatine and add the mixture to the gelatine. Fill into goblets and chill.
