Ingredients

  • 3 bulbs garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 125 ml sour cream, plain or sour cream
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk spring onion (s), cleaned and cut into fine rings
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ black pepper
  • some aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C, if possible bottom heat, otherwise top / bottom heat. Cut off 1/2 cm straight from the top of the garlic bulbs so that the cloves are slightly cut off or cut, but the bulb is still whole. Remove the outer, loose peels from the tubers.
