Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate, dark
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 340 g suar, (or less to taste)
  • 170 ml oil
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (instead 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar, correspondingly less sugar)
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool down briefly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a second bowl, beat the eggs with the hand mixer until frothy and slowly pour in the sugar. Keep beating until the mixture is thick and creamy and the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the oil and melted chocolate.
  3. In a third bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla powder with a whisk. Add to the chocolate and egg foam mixture and carefully stir in by hand until the ingredients have combined to form a soft batter.
  4. Grease the drip pan of the oven or a baking pan (approx. 40 x 28 cm), fill in the dough approx. 3 cm high and smooth it out with a spoon. If your drip pan is too big, you can use an aluminum foil rim to separate it.
  5. Bake in the oven (fan oven 160 C; center) for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and then cut into 5 cm squares.
