Ingredients

  • 450 g white cabbae, cut into fine strips
  • 450 g red cabbae, cut into fine strips
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced unpeeled
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ celery seeds or celery salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, smooth

Instructions

  1. Put the white cabbage, red cabbage and apple together in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds or celery salt, salt (a little less if celery salt is used), pepper and sugar.
  2. Add to the cabbage and mix well. Cover and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Season to taste again before serving and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
