Ingredients
- 280 g butter
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 500 g suar
- 2 vanilla pods, the pulp it
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 4 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon water, warm
- 2 teaspoon espresso powder, instant
- 200 g flour

- Beat the butter and sugar at room temperature until frothy. Add the 4 eggs and mix well.
- Slit the vanilla pods lengthways, scrape out the pulp and add a pinch of salt to the egg mixture.
- Cut the dark chocolate into pieces, melt in a water bath and then leave to cool for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the espresso powder with 4 tablespoons of warm water and add to the egg mixture. Mix the flour and cocoa powder well together and add to the mixture. Mix everything well until you have a homogeneous mixture and pour into a large springform pan (26 cm, 28 cm). Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 45 - 50 minutes on the middle rack.
