Ingredients

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 1 packet biscuits, (Cookies Classic, 225 g with 40% chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches and cut into small pieces. Put the cookies in a freezer bag and crumble them in it. Beat the whipped cream with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar until stiff.
  2. Mix the yogurt and quark together until smooth and add a little sugar to taste. Then fold in the whipped cream first, then carefully fold in the peaches. Layer alternately with the biscuit crumbs in a glass bowl, starting and ending with cookies. Chill for a good 2 hours.
  3. If you use the cream as a cake filling, you have to wait 5-6 hours before cutting, only then is the cream firm enough.
  4. You can also swap the peaches for cherries or bananas or try the dessert with speculoos and a little cinnamon at Christmas time.
  5. For special occasions, the dessert can also be layered in portions in glasses.
