• 150 g yourt, 3.5%
• 100 g crème fraîche liht, with herbs
• 5 tablespoon ketchup
• 2 teaspoons mustard
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• some lemon juice
• N / A Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Mix the yogurt with crème fraîche light, ketchup, mustard and sugar well and add lemon juice to taste. Put in a cool place.
2. Stir in freshly chopped parsley before use.
3. The dressing is ideal for hamburgers or as a salad dressing.
