  • 110 g suar
  • 250 ml milk 3.5% (ice cold)
  • 400 ml cream, (ice cold)
  • 2 tablespoon syrup (vanilla)

Instructions

  1. I put milk and cream in the freezer for about 2 hours!
  2. Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla syrup, slowly add the ice-cold milk and chilled cream.
  3. Freeze in the ice cream maker while stirring, duration 30-100 minutes depending on the machine. For mine it takes about 40 minutes.
