Ingredients

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • 3 large apples
  • 100 g almond (s), round or nuts
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • possibly cake icing
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix in baking powder and flour and stir in.
  2. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into small cubes and fold in. Then add the almonds or nuts and the cinnamon and mix well.
  3. Grease a bundt pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fill in the dough and bake at 190 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
  4. Cover the finished cake with a chocolate icing or just dust it with powdered sugar.
