Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 600 grams flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 15 g deer horn salt
  • 10 g inerbread spice
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare a batter from all the ingredients that will fall off the spoon with difficulty. (The deer horn salt can also be replaced with 1 packet of baking powder).
  2. Put small heaps on a baking sheet. Please always leave some space as they will separate. With a teaspoon-sized blob, the dough is enough for approx. 40-50 pieces. For tablespoon-sized pieces accordingly for 20-25 pieces.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate or use powdered sugar and lemon juice to create the icing and brush the Americans with it while they are still warm. Decorate as you wish.
