- 750 ml lemonade
- Schnapps (Dornkaat or other grain)
- 5 scoops ice cream (vanilla)

- First put the desired amount of Dornkaat into the beer mug, but it should be a little less than an eye of the mug. Fill the measuring jug with lemonade so that there is still enough space for the ice cream. You have to add the vanilla ice cream slowly and carefully, otherwise it will foam very strongly.
