  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 125 ml broth
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • Wine, white

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta, quench and mix with 50 g of cheese. Put in a baking dish. Cut the pork fillet into approx. 2 cm thick slices and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Heat the butter, fry the meat on both sides, remove from the pan and place on top of the pasta. Add the stock and cream to the roast set. Reduce the sauce a little and season with salt, pepper, marjoram and a dash of white wine and pour over the meat. Cut the ham into strips and place on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Baked in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes (the cheese must have a golden yellow crust).
