Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 lettuce (s)
- 1 cucumber (s), sliced
- 250 g tomato (s), sliced
- 2 medium onion (s), sliced
- 12 olives, green, filled
- 2 egg (s), hard-boiled, roughly chopped
- 8 anchovy fillet (s), soaked, halved
For the dressing:
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil

- Make a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, paprika and sugar and pour over it.
