- 200 g mayonnaise, (lemon mayonnaise, recipe is in my profile)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 50 ml heavy cream, (or coffee cream)

- Grate the carrots finely, mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and cream, pour over the carrots and mix everything well.
- Let stand for at least 1 hour so that the salad can pull through.
