  • 5 slices white bread
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g herb butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 cube soup spice, instant

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. In the meantime, slowly melt the herb butter in a saucepan, cut the white bread into cubes and add a few
  3. Fry the croutons and set aside.
  4. Put the remaining bread cubes in a bowl, pour the melted herb butter, eggs and milk over it and mix everything well.
  5. When the water boils, dissolve the soup cube in it and add the bread mixture, bring to the boil briefly, season with salt and puree.
  6. Serve garnished with the croutons.
