Ingredients
- 5 slices white bread
- 3 egg (s)
- 100 g herb butter
- 125 ml milk
- 1 liter water
- 1 cube soup spice, instant
- a bit salt

- Bring water to a boil.
- In the meantime, slowly melt the herb butter in a saucepan, cut the white bread into cubes and add a few
- Fry the croutons and set aside.
- Put the remaining bread cubes in a bowl, pour the melted herb butter, eggs and milk over it and mix everything well.
- When the water boils, dissolve the soup cube in it and add the bread mixture, bring to the boil briefly, season with salt and puree.
- Serve garnished with the croutons.
