Ingredients

  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ flavor (Citro - Back)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml peach juice, collected
  • 50 ml cream
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches while collecting the juice.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together, adding the chocolate sprinkles at the end. Cut the peaches into small pieces and fold in.
  3. Fill into dessert bowls and refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Tip: If necessary, you can stir more cream or peach juice into the cream.
