Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 150 ml mineral water
- 100 ml milk
- 5 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- a bit salt
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 250 g sprin onion (s)
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 4 tomato (s)

- Mix the flour with the eggs, milk and mineral water and the baking powder until smooth and season with salt.
- Dice the chives, spring onions and ham and add to the batter. Let rest for 10 minutes and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Put in the oven at 200 ° for approx. 20-25 minutes (make a visual inspection).
- In the meantime, prepare a salad with a vinegar-oil marinade or a salad of your choice from cucumber and tomatoes.
- Build a lettuce island (without marinade if possible) on a plate in the middle.
