Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • 1 large can (s) peas with carrots
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 500 g potato noodles
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 liter ¼ broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper, fry in chili oil, cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in chilli oil, add the mushrooms and sauté. Take out of the pan and set aside.
  3. Fry the potato noodles, add the peas and fill up with the broth.
  4. Mix the creme fraiche with the cream, season and add.
  5. Add the meat and mushrooms again and heat everything again.
