Instructions

  1. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until frothy. Then stir in the egg and then the walnuts. Sieve the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Add the oatmeal and mix everything well. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps with a little space between them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes until golden. Then let them cool down on the tray for about 5 minutes, as they are still a little soft at first. Then let cool down completely on a wire rack.
  3. Tip: You can add a little cinnamon to the batter for Christmas.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
