Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 500 g yourt, 3.5% fat
- 1 small cucumber (s), green
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- Herbal salt and pepper

- Grate the feta through a fine sieve or chop it very finely with the hand blender. Peel the garlic and press it through the press. Peel the cucumber, quarter lengthways, core and cut into very fine cubes.
- Mix together yogurt, quark and feta, then stir in the garlic and season with pepper and a little herbal salt. Finally stir in the cucumber cubes.
