Scatter powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and aniseed in while stirring in 1 minute and stir the mixture for another 2 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and stir briefly twice on low speed.
  2. Pour the dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle, sprinkle small stars that are as even as possible from above onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave to dry at room temperature for about 60 minutes.
  3. Then bake in the preheated oven at the middle shelf height at about 160 ° - 170 ° for about 12 minutes. The pastries should not turn brown.
  4. Remove the cookies from the baking sheet with the baking paper and let them cool on a wire rack.
  5. Then close tightly in a tin can.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
