  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 walnuts
  • Pinch pepper
  • Teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice and let it cool (also suitable for processing leftovers from the day before). Mix the sour cream with the rice well. Cut the apples and peppers into bite-sized pieces and add to the rice with the quartered / chopped walnuts. Season to taste with lemon juice and pepper.
  2. Quick and easy to prepare, very tasty and fresh and well suited for processing leftover rice
