Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 glass bell pepper (s), roasted, 200 g
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoon ajvar
  • 1 baguette (s)
  • 4 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 1 handful rocket

Instructions

  1. Clean the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the zucchini over a high heat for 3 - 5 minutes. Add the thyme towards the end and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the peppers.
  2. Finely mash the feta with a fork, mix with cream cheese and ajvar. Halve the baguette horizontally, brush the underside with feta cream. Place on a baking tray, put the top next to it and bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, convection: 180 ° C) for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Cover the underside with zucchini and paprika. Spread the pesto and rocket on top. Place the top of the baguette on top. Cut into 4 pieces.
