Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 180 g suar
  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 0.75 ¾ cup eggnog
  • 0.5 ½ cup rum

Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix the butter, vanilla sugar and sugar until foamy, slowly stir in the yolks. Add rum and liqueur. Work in the flour, baking powder and chocolate sprinkles and fold in the egg whites.
  2. Pour into a buttered and floured form and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
