Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g butter or mararine
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 cup egg liqueur (coffee cup)
  • 0.5 ½ pack chocolate sprinkles
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the shape
  • powdered sugar or chocolate icing

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and butter or margarine until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in in portions until a smooth dough is formed. Add egg liqueur and chocolate sprinkles. Stir everything again. Put the dough in a greased box or Gugelhupf pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 1 hour.
  3. After baking, pour either powdered sugar or chocolate icing on top, if desired.
