Ingredients

  • 250 g Kritharaki (noodles in rice form)
  • 0.5 ½ glass bell pepper (s), grilled
  • 0.5 ½ glass tomato (s), pickled
  • 0.5 ½ glass olives, black
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 2 teaspoons capers

For the dressing:

  • 6 tablespoon oil from the pickled tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar, vegan
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the peppers and cut into small pieces. Cut the olives into slices, cut the pickled tomatoes and the basil leaves into strips. Put everything together in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse briefly under running water. Also put the pasta in the bowl and mix everything well. Mix the dressing ingredients and stir in. Let it steep and season again with salt and pepper before serving.
