Antipasto is an Italian appetizer made from several ingredients. It can be meat, seafood, vegetables, cheese. This simple antipasto recipe – with sausage, cheese, olives, mushrooms.
Ingredients
Smoked sausage – 200 g
Mozzarella cheese – 200 g
Pickled champignons – 150 g
Green olives – 100 g
Olives – 100 g
Wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon.
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
This Italian appetizer will only take 10 minutes to prepare if all the ingredients for the antipasto are prepared in advance.
Cut smoked sausage into cubes.
Then cut the cheese, add to the sausage. If the mozzarella is small balls, it is better to use them whole.
Add olives to the mixture.
Chop the pickled mushrooms, if they are large, and if they are small, then you can leave them whole.
Pour wine vinegar over the appetizer and pepper to taste, stir.
Transfer antipasto to a container and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
The Italian appetizer is ready. Serve antipasto on a large platter with herbs.
