Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ banana (s)
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • pineapple, fresh or in its own juice
  • 5 raspberries
  • 1 handful pomegranate seeds
  • 5 tablespoon soy yoghurt (yoghurt alternative), unsweetened, e.g., Alpro Soya Natur
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol (sugar substitute), or sweetness your choice
  • cinnamon
  • 5 g amaranth, puffed
  • 5 g quinoa, puffed
  • 5 g spelled, puffed
  • 10 g almond sticks
  • Macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces and mix with the soy yoghurt, erythritol and cinnamon.
  2. Mix the puffed grain and nuts and either mix directly with the soy-fruit mixture and enjoy, or fill up separately to take away and mix before consumption.
