Aperitif with Melon and Sparkling Wine

• 200 ml sparkling wine
• 100 ml orange juice
• 2 cl schnapps (vodka melon)
• 0.5 ½ melon (s) (honeydew melon)

Instructions

1. Poke 8 small balls from the pulp of the honeydew melon. Distribute 2 balls on each glass. Mix the orange juice, sparkling wine and melon vodka (vodka with a melon aroma) in a carafe. Cool well, pour into glasses and serve. Ice cubes can also be added if desired.
