  • 3 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tiger nut (s) (tiger nut flake chufas)
  • 2 tablespoon cranberries
  • 2 mandarin (s)

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the mandarins and pour the juice into a bowl. Peel, quarter, core and grate the apples, add to the juice and stir. Mix in the almonds, walnuts, Chufas nuts and cranberries.
