- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 125 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g almond (s), sliced
- Apple
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C to 200 ° C. Finely grate the apple.
- Mix the sugar, eggs, softened butter, milk, vanilla sugar and the grated apple. Add flour and baking powder and briefly fold in. Finally add the sliced almonds and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Put in the hot oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- The batter should be enough for 16 muffins (if not more). Caution: Do not fill the molds too full - otherwise the dough will overflow during baking.
