  • 50 ml amaretto
  • 3 egg (s), separated
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 100 g almond (s), pens

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into fine wedges or cubes. Place in a large soup plate or bowl and pour the amaretto over the top. To let go.
  2. Meanwhile, whip the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and creamy. Stir in the mascarpone and cinnamon.
  3. Toast the almond sticks in a pan without fat.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  5. Fold the almonds and egg whites with the apples and the remaining soaking liquid into the mascarpone.
  6. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 200 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. Enjoy hot or warm.
