Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 50 ml amaretto
  • 3 egg (s), separated
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 100 g almond (s), pens

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into fine wedges or cubes. Place in a large soup plate or bowl and pour the amaretto over the top. To let go.

  3. Toast the almond sticks in a pan without fat.

  6. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 200 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
