Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 5 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 150 ml oil
  • 1 port. Dough (Hermitage dough - 200 ml)
  • 75 ml apple juice, for soaking
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • 3 apples, grated, possibly also 4

Instructions

  1. Mix everything well. Fold in the apples. Pour into a greased wreath form. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Take the tin out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto the wire rack, soak it in apple juice and let it cool down. Dust with powdered sugar.
