Ingredients

  • 2 small apples
  • 150 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g suar
  • 75 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Wash apples, peel and cut into small pieces. Mash the amarettini in a freezer bag, set aside 50 g for sprinkling. Mix 100 g amarettini with flour and baking powder, add apples.
  2. Mix the eggs with the sour cream, sugar and oil. Quickly stir in the flour mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into the muffin pan and sprinkle with the remaining pieces of amarettini. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20-25 minutes. Let rest in the tray for approx. 5 minutes, take out and let cool down.
